Most recently I served as Staff DEI Partner at Intuit, where I led the Signature Events portfolio from volunteer-led initiatives into a structured, nationally recognized program with budgets approaching $1M. I partnered side-by-side with the Brand team as an equal strategic co-pilot — coordinating creative agencies, event production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across AfroTech, Grace Hopper Celebration, Lesbians Who Tech, and more.
Earlier in my career I served as one of only ten Senior Executive Assistants at a national managed care organization — covering for the President & CEO, supporting the Chief Medicare Officer, and managing quarterly board retreats and trustee-level communications.
I am a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, hold a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, and bring a founder's discipline to every engagement through 15+ years of independent consulting.
